With these high-performance precision processing machines, we can ensure the consistency of the quality of all lighting product components.
Optical lenses are important components of our optical lighting products. All the lenses used by Haolang Lighting’s loupes and optical lamps are produced under constant temperature. Haolang Lighting has more than a dozen grinding machines with intelligent control function, which can realize the grinding of lenses at specific temperatures, to ensure the quality.
Because the whole processing stage is controlled intelligently, our optical lenses meet the design requirements of material stability, geometric accuracy and smoothness.
The quality of optical products is closely related to the proficiency of the assembly technology. Take loupes for example, the binocular loupes completed by our skilled assembly workers offer high clarity, and they will be free from double images, blurring, small field of view and short depth of field, so that users will not feel dizziness or other inconvenient visual effects when using our products.
If it is an optical lamp, unskilled workers may greatly damage the optical performance and quality of the products, which will result in dark spots, halos, dazzle and other unwanted phenomena that affect the lighting effect. Luckily, our workers are highly trained and experienced.
In order to ensure high clarity and image sharpness, high precision optical materials and multi-layer coating technology are used in our loupes, which makes the optical transmittance of lenses more than 99%.
At the same time, in order to ensure the assembling quality of optical parts, we will carefully calibrate and inspect the products.
Optical inspection is a necessary means to ensure that the batch processed lenses meet the design requirements, and this process will eliminate any defects affecting the optical performance of lenses, to guarantee the products’ quality.
We have a professional spectrometer to analyze and test the curvature, uniformity and consistency of processed lenses. Only qualified spectroscopic lenses can be allowed to enter the next process.
The purpose of aging detection of lighting products is to ensure the stability and reliability of the final products.
We use specially designed simulated environments and equipment to carry out the product adaptability test. The simulated fluctuation voltage is between 90 and 250V, and the aging time is more than 36 hours. After the product is aged by this amplified test, its bearing capacity to the working environment is greatly improved, so as to reduce the accidental failure of the product caused by human or environmental factors.
